As an Talent Delivery Director at Randstad Enterprise, you are the operational leader for a key client's recruitment solution. You are responsible for managing the onsite delivery team and ensuring the successful execution of the talent acquisition strategy. Your role is central to day-to-day operations, team performance, and maintaining a strong, positive relationship with the client.

You will manage the program in a matrix-based environment, monitoring team productivity to ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations are met or exceeded. Your primary focus is on operational excellence, seamless delivery, and acting as the main point of contact for the client and your delivery team. Roles and Responsibilities Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for the client and the first escalation point for any daily operational issues.
  • Proactively engage with client stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and drivers, ensuring resource strategies are aligned and forecasting is accurate.
  • Ensure the onsite team consistently meets all internal and client-facing KPIs and SLAs.
  • Develop and refine client processes and procedures; identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflow and increase efficiency.
  • Take ownership of meeting customer satisfaction targets.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and partner with senior leadership on expansion strategies.

Operations Management

  • Analyze SLAs, service quality, and delivery costs to identify where improvements can be made in both quality and productivity.
  • Maintain a strong external network to gather market intelligence and stay current with industry trends.
  • Manage program-level financial and administrative processes to support the day-to-day management of the account.
  • Resolve escalated commercial or contractual issues in line with company policy.

People Management

  • Lead and manage the recruitment and induction of new team members to ensure delivery capabilities are met.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the team to ensure they perform to the best of their abilities.
  • Assess and address the training needs of your team to support their personal development plans.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to promote teamwork, set and prioritize goals, and share company updates.
  • Provide regular and constructive feedback to all team members.

  • Effective management of complex, fast-paced delivery metrics Job Requirements Experience:
  • 10-12+ years of experience in Technology hiring.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a program management or team leadership role, preferably within an RPO or large-scale recruitment environment.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts and gain cooperation among team members and clients.
