About the Role
At our organization, we are on a mission to transform the scope of extra-curricular education globally by encouraging the holistic development of children. Our e-learning platform offers expert-curated live-online courses that cater to the learning needs of children in the age group of 4 to 14.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers (parents and students), to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning pedagogies and on our e-learning environment. This role would be part of the B2C sales function for our India / International clients.
- Responsibilities include new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
New Customer Acquisition
- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels.
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans towards reaching assigned goals.
- Consistently achieving revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understanding customer requirements and passing on insights towards product portfolio improvement based on customer interaction/feedback.
Operations and Reporting
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for assigned products/geographies and ensuring highest customer satisfaction.
