We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead our financial governance and operational growth across multiple locations.

Key Objectives:

• To manage the finance operations for our unit, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust cash flow management, statutory compliance, cost control, and strong support to manufacturing operations through effective budgeting, management information systems, audits, and process governance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in line with international financial reporting standards and company policies.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain strong visibility of cash flows through continuous forecasting and treasury coordination.
• Monitor costs, cash flows, working capital, and variance analysis for factory operations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts.
• Provide detailed financial performance dashboards and management information systems to senior management.
• Compliance and Audit Support:
• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including VAT, corporate tax, employment services regulations, and other UAE regulatory obligations.
• Serve as compliance lead for financial governance and ensure timely filing and regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors for periodic audits and closure of audit findings.
• Cash Management and Treasury:
• Coordinate payroll processing with HR to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Review employee expense claims and related accounting.
• Manufacturing Finance and Internal Controls:
• Implement controls aligned with UAE laws and corporate standards.
• Track production costs, wastage, yield, inventory control, and CAPEX reporting.
• Ensure strong internal controls, standard operating procedures adherence, and ERP data accuracy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with plant operations, supply chain, procurement, and corporate finance teams.
• Support senior management with strategic financial insights for business growth.
