Your Job

Ensure maximum run hour from all stamping machines, by Carrying out predictive, preventive and break down maintenance of Dies. Ensure to meet the quality specification in product & process and support for maximum resource utilisation (DL & VOH) by trouble free running of Dies. Involve in process trouble shooting to optimize the process

What You Will Do

Effective & efficient utilization of resources

Assist processing team in troubleshooting production problems

Identifying improvement plans in his function and support for implementation

Updating & maintaining of relevant documents in Die maintenance with clear and concise data

Maintaining housekeeping & ensuring safety measures in the work place

Participate in implementing Dos & Donts per ISO 9000 , ISO 14000, ISO 45000 & IATF 16949

Drive for continuoul improvement in respective areas

Participate in GLSS activities wherever assigned

Ensure 100% compliance with all Molex policies & procedures in all related areas

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Diploma in Tool & Die Making

Min 4 yrs. of experience in Die Maintenance function with minimum 3year highspeed stamping experience.
