About the Role:

Kickstart your Company Secretary ("CS") journey with VJM Global We're looking for a CS-Trainee who's eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. If you're someone who enjoys corporate laws, compliance, and governance, you'll feel right at home with us

Key Responsibilities:

·      Assist in ROC filings and compliances under the Companies Act & LLP Act

·      Draft notices, agendas, minutes, and board resolutions

·      Maintain statutory registers and company records

·      Support in event-based and annual compliances

·      Conduct research on corporate laws, FEMA, and SEBI regulations

·      Liaise with internal teams and external consultants for secretarial matters

·      Stay updated with corporate governance trends and best practices

Who Can Apply:

·      Pursuing Company Secretary course (Executive/Professional stage) from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India ("ICSI")

·      Strong drafting and communication skills

·      Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

·      Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013
