The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work night shifts to align with India business hours. Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for India clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.

• Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in India recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
• Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards, , and other channels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.

Preferred:
