Java question creator trainee (theory & practical)

Codetikki is looking for a Java Question Creator to design conceptual and coding-based questions for assessments and learning modules. You will create both theoretical MCQs and hands-on coding challenges that test real-world Java skills. This role is ideal for someone with strong Java fundamentals who enjoys problem-solving and content creation.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop theory questions (MCQs, short answers, scenario-based). Design coding problems with clear instructions, sample input/output, and test cases. Categorize questions into difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard).

Ensure originality and high quality of questions. Collaborate with the Codetikki team to align with assessment requirements. RequirementsStrong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.

Good understanding of data structures and algorithms. Familiarity with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and practical use cases is a plus. Ability to write clear, structured, and plagiarism-free content.

Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or preparing coding challenges is an advantage. What We OfferRemote & flexible opportunity.
