Own the end-to-end MongoDB implementation strategy. Apply advanced MongoDB schema design patterns to optimise data models aligned with application query behaviour and ensure sub-250ms performance SLAs.
Lead the design and deployment of highly available MongoDB Atlas clusters, including replica sets, sharding, and failover configurations. Collaborate closely with application and integration teams to ensure seamless and performant interaction with MongoDB, including configuration of read/write concerns, retry policies, and consistency settings. Provide guidance on best practices, indexing strategies, schema versioning, and support CI/CD integration for MongoDB deployments.
