Qualification: B.E/B.Tech + MBALocation: Navi MumbaiJob PurposeLead and manage the complete IT Operation functions related to Data Center sub-functions, following responsibilities but not limited to:Data Center Network & Security Operation: Manage the entire data center Network & Security Operations with 100% uptime, AIOPS based proactive monitoring, day to day tasks Operation Automation management, Network - Security devices Performance & capacity management, build Cloud Network & Security capabilities, on-time delivery of new Network project request and 100% security compliance as per business need. Data Center Process & Compliance and Config Management: a) Manage the complete life cycle of Data center certifications on ISO 20K, ISO 27K, TIA 942, Uptime Institute standards, PCIDSS compliance, SASE18 SOC II certifications.
B) Maintain 100% Accurate IT Inventory - Automated discovery and maintain it across all JPL Environment for All technologies (Physical Hardware, Operating Systems, Databases, Middleware, Cloud, VMs, Network devices, Storage Devices, etc.). Data center IT Infrastructure implementation: Manage an
End to end IT Infrastructure (passive Infra network, Physical servers, Virtual servers, Storage devices, Network POD & Switches) new implementation across data centers as per the design specification and work towards continuous automation with all pre-requisite in terms of compliance and monitoring enablement as part of implementation & HOTO completion. Provide a seamless internal customer experience through proactive approach for all the supported functions through AIOPS dashboard. Ensure all journey dashboards are up to date and readily available to key stakeholders.
Team Management: Ensure improved productivity and objective achievements through proper Planning, setting team goals, Cross-skills, training management, productivity improvement, performance monitoring, coaching, mentoring, conflict management & resources optimization to get desired business results. Stakeholder Management: Seamless stakeholder management across Business, Product, internal / External Customers, OEM Vendors, ISV partners and Management team with right & transparent communications to provide best services to end customers as per business need. Hyper-automation and Cloud Adoption: Should have demonstrable experience of carrying out end to end instrumentation and associated automation of remediation.
Experience in adopting environment to Multi cloud environment (Azure , GCP, OpenStack) would be an added advantage
Customer Management and Tender Participation: Prior Experience in managing external customer in relevance to the technologies managed and participation in RFC would be good. The role should be able to interlock with the account management and sales team and support from the technology
Candidate Profile:Should have minimum 20+ years of experience and minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Head Network & Security operations
At least 10 to 15 year's experience in IT Infrastructure & Application OperationsAt least 10+ year's experience in managing complex and large data center Network & Security Operation across Cisco Nexus, Catalyst switches, Routers, DNS, Citrix & F5 Load balancers (either in Telecom or BFSI customer environments)Experience in IT Inventory & CMDB Management in Largescale Enterprise organizations to maintain 100% accurate IT inventory
Should understand various technologies used in Data Center InfrastructureMaster in presentation and Microsoft Excel sheet to use various function & Formulas to handle large set of data.Expert in ITSM Process and knowledge on various ISO & Data center certification standards.
