As part of our continued growth,Were looking for a dedicated LinkedIn Specialist to join our team and help manage client accounts, develop data-backed strategies, produce engaging content, optimize, and track performance against agreed KPIs. Role Overview:As a LinkedIn Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive LinkedIn strategies for our clients. This includes content planning, writing, scheduling, optimizing, and tracking performance against agreed KPIs.

Experience with other platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, or X (formerly Twitter) is a plus, but your primary focus will be LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute LinkedIn growth strategies tailored to each clients goals

Define content pillars, monthly themes, and editorial calendars

Create engaging LinkedIn posts and articles (can take help of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai)Optimize personal and company LinkedIn profiles

Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement

Monitor performance and deliver regular reports with insights and action plans

Analyze competitors, hashtags, and LinkedIn trends to inform strategy

Coordinate with design or video teams to produce multimedia content

Collaborate with internal teams or clients on campaign direction and messaging

Analyze monthly LinkedIn performance data to uncover trends, derive actionable insights, and optimize strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand growth. Own end-to-end YouTube channel growth by decoding audience behavior, optimizing content strategy, thumbnails, titles, SEO, and playlists, leveraging analytics to boost watch time, subscriber base, and engagement; experiment with trends, collaborations, and distribution hacks to maximize organic reach and monetization potential. Maintain awareness of algorithm updates and LinkedIn best practices

Requirements:Proven experience managing LinkedIn accounts (personal brands and/or company pages)Strong understanding of LinkedIns algorithm, features, and analytics

Excellent content writing and editing skills (native or near-native English)Familiarity with AI writing tools and LinkedIn content generation tools

Experience creating content calendars and strategic plans

Ability to analyze and report on LinkedIn KPIs (engagement, reach, followers, conversions)Knowledge of other platforms (YouTube, Instagram, X, etc.) is a strong plus

Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills

Agency experience is a bonus but not requiredKPIs You Will Be Responsible For:Follower growth (organic)Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares)Content reach and impressions
