About the RoleWe are looking for team members to join our Governance and Policy team. In this role, you willsupport research, analysis, and the development of state and national manifestos and policyrecommendations.

This role requires keen analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a passion forpublic sector impact. You will collaborate with team members to implement governance reforms,evaluate policy initiatives, and contribute to actionable recommendations that advance the teamsmission. Eligibility

• Minimum degree from a Tier 1 or 2 academic institution in Social Sciences, Law,Engineering or related fields
• Prior experience or demonstrated interest in policy research, governance projects, orpolitical consulting is desirable
• Strong grasp of Indias political landscape and governance structures
• Proactive attitude, willingness to travel if needed
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment

Skills

• Ability to collect, synthesise, and analyse qualitative and quantitative data for evidence-based governance reforms
• Proficiency in basic data analysis, reporting, and forming recommendations under guidance
• Clear and concise writing for policy briefs, reports, presentations, and stakeholdersummaries

Job Description

• Research & Analysis: Conduct background research, gather data, and supportpreparation of actionable reports for governance and policy reform initiatives
