ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Lead and manage SAP GRC PC implementation projects from planning to go-live and post-implementation support
Client Engagement: Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand business processes and compliance needs
Solution Design: Design and configure SAP GRC PC modules to meet client requirements, including automated monitoring and control validation
Technical Expertise: -Experience with SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control. -Familiarity with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, Fiori, Lumira, IDM. -Knowledge of GRC Risk Management, Audit Management, and Fraud Management.
-Development of data sources and business rules for SAP ECC/S/4. Security & Compliance:-Design So D (Segregation of Duties) rulesets.
-Translate control framework requirements into authorization concepts. -Experience with IAM and RPA solutions in SAP GRC context. Testing & Deployment:-Manage UAT, regression testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
-Create test scripts and validation procedures. Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related fields (BE/BTech/MBA/MCA). SAP Certification (preferred).
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Experience in governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
