Mathematics for Computer ScienceDiscrete MathematicsLinear AlgebraAdvanced CalculusOptimizationProbability & Statistics Requirements:MSc Maths + NET Cleared in Mathematics. At least 1 year of Previous experience teaching university-level Mathematics courses to Engineering students. (UG level)A strong passion for teaching and mentoring, dedicated to fostering student success

Skills (Must Have) :At least 1 year of teaching/training/industry experience in Mathematics at the University Level. Deep understanding of Advanced Engineering Mathematics and its real-world applications.

Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex concepts. Passion for mentoring B.Tech students and driving impact. Solid expertise in Discrete Mathematics, Linear Algebra, Optimization, Advanced Calculus, Probability & Statistics, and Mathematical Foundations.

Professional fluency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in content development using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc. (Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 stack is a plus). Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms to interact with students.

Empathy, ambition, and the ability to work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Good to Have :Knowledge of AI/ ML, Data Science, and Optimization.

Research exposure/ experience in applying Mathematics in the CSE/ Tech Industry. An innovative approach to problem-solving and adaptability to different learning styles. Strong organizational and time-management skills to structure lessons and assessments effectively.

Ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles & requirements. Strong problem-solving and solution-seeking mindset. Openness to constructive feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.

A sense of ownership, initiative, and drive for delivering high-quality teaching outcomes.Familiarity with software tools for mathematical analysis or graph representation. Key Responsibilities:Deliver daily in-person classroom training on Mathematics and/or related courses

Design, develop, and implement learning activities, materials, and resources that align with industry standards. Provide personalized learning experiences by understanding student needs and delivering tailored support throughout the program. Actively assist and resolve student queries and issues promptly, providing mentorship and guidance.

Contribute to curriculum development and improvements based on student feedback and industry trends. Continuously develop and demonstrate a teaching philosophy that inspires student learning. Review student deliverables for accuracy and quality.
