Penta Consulting are a technology resource solutions provider to leading OEMs across the EMEA region. We are currently working with our leading global client in the search for a D365 POS Functional Consultant. This will be a 9 month initial contract, with chance of extension afterwards.

Key Responsibilities:Lead functional workshops to gather and analyse business requirements related to retail operations and POS systems. Configure and customize D365 Commerce POS modules to meet client needs. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).

Provide end-to-end support during implementation phases including UAT, training, and go-live. Develop functional documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals. Troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues post-deployment.

Stay updated on Microsofts roadmap for D365 Commerce and recommend enhancements. Support data migration and testing activities. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail. Hands-on experience with D365 POS (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce). Strong understanding of retail business processes including sales, inventory, promotions, and customer management.

Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure Dev Ops, and D365 configuration tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
