Motion graphic designer

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to produce visually engaging static and motion content across digital, social, and media platforms.

In this role, youll create compelling video and graphic assets that tell stories, drive engagement, and elevate the brand — while leveraging AI tools to boost creativity, speed, and scale. Key Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality static and motion graphics (social media posts, ads, reels, explainers, You Tube shorts, product demos, banners, branding assets)Adapt brand guidelines into dynamic, fresh, and platform-specific visual narratives

Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and marketers to develop cohesive campaigns

Optimize assets (static and motion) for multiple channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, , You Tube, etc.)Stay ahead of design, motion, and AI-driven content trends to keep assets innovative and relevant

Integrate and experiment with AI design and video tools (e.g., Sora, Google veo, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Mid Journey, Kaiber, or similar) to enhance workflow and creativity

Balance creativity with speed and brand alignment, delivering both static and motion assets efficiently across formatsQualificationsProven experience in creating both static designs and motion/video content for digital marketing

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)Strong understanding of design and animation principles — layout, timing, typography, transitions, color theory

Familiarity with digital media formats, social platform specs, and optimization best practices

Experience working with AI-assisted design and video tools (e.g., Firefly, Runway, Mid Journey, Kaiber)Excellent attention to detail with the ability to translate static visuals into engaging motion content

Bachelors degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field preferred

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment

Mandatory prior experience in the digital marketing industry
