You may be required to travel based on business requirements or for company/team events. Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality scientific, medical, and educational materials, including, but not limited to, MSL/training slide decks, infographics, congress and meetings materials, literature searches and reviews, standard response letters/medical information letters, and HCP engagement content according to client and audience needs with excellent attention to detail
Review and supervise deliverables from junior writers and provide constructive feedback
Mentor and train junior writers by sharing best practices and client preferences
Maintain excellent product/account knowledge for client interactions
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Advise clients on strategic plans and content improvements
Participate in client pitches and business development
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Develop and execute digital medical communications initiatives in the digital space, including publication extenders, creation of infographics, interactive assets, website content, patient narratives, and medical information engagement plans
Collaborate cross-functionally on digital solutions for Medical Affairs clients
Create visual content and innovative solutions
Ensure materials comply with client requirements and SOPsAttend workshops and training programs
Support senior team members in meetings#LI-RemoteQualifications and PrerequisitesPhD/MD in medicine, life sciences, health sciences, pharmacy, pharmacology; MPharm/MSc. with a good understanding of clinical research and medical communication7-10 years of experience in writing and reviewing Scientific/ Medical Communications for Medical Affairs or biopharma, preferably in an agency setting
Clear, concise scientific writing with strong attention to detail and language skills
Strong ability to interpret, evaluate, and present scientific data clearly and concisely
Good understanding of biostatistics, MS Office, and literature review, with a keen eye for synthesizing complex information
Skilled in developing digital content to enhance scientific publications and support medical communications
Experienced in organizing and contributing to congresses and advisory board meetings
Excellent communicator adept at simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills within cross-functional and matrix teams
Effective leader with experience mentoring and developing junior writers
Highly organized and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Resilient under pressure, adaptable to shifting demands, and supportive of team success
Committed to continuous improvement, personal growth, and driving positive change
Open to travel for client engagements, congresses, and advisory boards
