We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Full-Stack Java Developer to drive the technical direction and execution of our core platforms.

The RoleAs a Lead Full-Stack Java Developer, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from UI design to back-end deployment. You will lead a team in the design and implementation of complex, mission-critical solutions for the financial services industry. Your role will involve mentoring team members, ensuring high standards of code quality, and making key architectural decisions across the entire stack.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Mentoring: Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for defining technical roadmaps and delegating tasks to ensure project goals are met. Full-Stack Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of both front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java) applications.

Code Quality & Standards: Write well-designed, testable, and maintainable code for both the user interface and the backend services. Conduct independent code reviews and apply appropriate Design Patterns to ensure quality and compliance. Software Development Lifecycle: Take ownership of the full application lifecycle, from analysis and design to programming, testing, deployment, and maintenance, across the complete stack.

DevOps & Deployment: Drive modern DevOps practices. This includes designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring applications are efficiently deployed and orchestrated using Kubernetes and other cloud-native technologies. Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

You will work as an individual contributor and team leader to address technical challenges and deliver results within tight deadlines. Required Skills & ExperienceExperience: 6-8 years of proven experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or senior role. Hands-on Skills (Must-Have):Front-End: Strong proficiency in Angular (2+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Back-End: Expertise in J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks. Microservices: Proven experience in designing and building scalable Microservices architectures and RESTful web services. Core Java: In-depth knowledge of Multithreading and the Collections framework.

DevOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.Containerization: Expertise in container orchestration using Kubernetes.Distinct Advantage (Good to Have):Knowledge of both NoSQL and SQL databases. Any professional certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, AWS Solutions Architect).
