Profile - Production Manager 

Qualification - B.Tech/ M.Tech - Mechanical

Experience - Min. 4+ years of experience in a production or quality management role, ideally in industries such as Steel, PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), or Solar Steel. Proven experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing. 

(Knowledge of quality assurance tools, methodologies, and standards. Certifications in Six Sigma, Quality Improvement Associate, Quality Auditor, or Quality Engineer will be an advantage.)

Salary - Upto 5.4 lac

Location - Noida 

Job Description

Examine production data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective

actions.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the manufacturing process and improve

efficiency.

Focus on achieving organizational goals to increase profitability and reduce costs.

Ensure that products undergo thorough auditing and testing before release.

Review and ensure all production processes meet legal and regulatory standards.

Conduct regular reviews to verify that processes align with established policies and

quality standards.

Compile and analyze data to track progress and generate timely reports.

Identify and address training needs to meet quality standards across the team.

Monitor and assess the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain accurate documentation of internal audits, quality assurance activities, and

process improvements.

Conduct inspections and tests on products to ensure their quality before delivery.

Investigate customer complaints and identify solutions to mitigate recurring issues.

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize production

flow.
