Management and Reporting: Maintain
accurate records of published titles, author contracts, and other
critical documentation. Track
sales and royalty reports, ensuring data accuracy for timely payouts to
authors. Generate
regular operational reports and provide insights to management. Process
Improvement: Identify
opportunities to streamline workflows for publishing and data management. Propose and implement solutions to enhance
efficiency and reduce errors in operations
