Job Title Risk Analytics Lead (Python & SQL) Location Pan‑India (Hybrid—flexible mix of office and remote work) Experience Minimum 5 years in analytics, data science, or risk management, with hands-on exposure to credit, collections, fraud, market, or operational risk domains. Key Responsibilities Analyze and quantify risk across domains—credit, fraud, collections, market, operational—and translate findings into actionable insights Build predictive and scoring models (e.g. PD, LGD, anomaly detection) using Python (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.) and SQL Develop robust ETL/data pipelines to source, cleanse, transform, and integrate risk-related data Create and maintain dashboards using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to inform risk strategy and decision-making Monitor risk indicators, back-test models, and conduct model validation to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, Operations) and engage with external auditors and regulators Document methodologies, model assumptions, data definitions, and workflows for governance and auditability Mentor junior analysts in best practices—coding, modeling, data stewardship, and domain knowledge ✅ Required Skills Python: Proficient in scripting, data manipulation, model development (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) SQL: Advanced query capabilities (complex joins, window functions, performance optimization) Risk Modeling & Statistics: Strong foundation in regression, classification, clustering, time series, survival analysis; experience with credit/fraud risk metrics Data Engineering: Experience building or supporting ETL pipelines; comfort coordinating with data engineering teams Visualization & Reporting: Expertise in dashboard tools and presenting insights to stakeholders Domain Knowledge & Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with frameworks like Basel, IFRS 9 plus RBI/SEBI/IRDAI guidelines Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities Collaborative Mindset: Experience working in cross-functional teams and mentoring junior resourcesAfter reading and understanding the criteria and minimum qualification requirements explained in the job information Risk Analyst at the office Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi above, immediately complete the job application files such as a job application letter, CV, photocopy of diploma, transcript, and other supplements as explained above.
