Experience: 8+ years
Location - Bangalore

Education: B.Tech/ M.Tech

Key Responsibilities:

·       Work closely with Business Unit head in defining strategy for the BU

·      Responsible & accountable for engineering execution and deliveries for customer projects across globe

·       Work proactively with different stake holders in the organization for successful execution and project reporting

·       Work proactively with HR team for hiring talented and capable engineers to fulfil the business needs

·       Mentor the teams’ growth & create a conducive environment in the BU for their success

·        Support sales team in customer facing activities, proposal preparation to win business

Key Skills:

·         Bachelors in Electronics Engineering is a minimum requirement

·         Masters in Electronics or Computer Science Engineering is an added advantage

·        12 + years of Industry experience in the industry

·         Exposure to working in multi-national environment is required

·         Should have handled teams comprising of hardware & software engineers

·         Should have expertise in handling senior managers, managers & team leads

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills is a must

·         An attitude to learn and grow. Adaptability and flexibility is desired 

To be successful in this role you will:

Seeking highly motivated, energetic, team-oriented Individual contributors willing to take the challenge of delivering the first pass success of complex IPs using the latest advance Design languages and methodology.

The person would be working with experienced and motivated team of Designer resource and able to address the Design challenges in the context of the IP, SoC Level

Technical Skillset Required:

·         RTL Design using Verilog

·         SOC IP Integration

·         Interconnect Protocols: AHB, AXI, APB

·         SOC Interfaces: GPIO, SPI, I2C, UART

·         High Speed Serial Interfaces: PCIe Gen 3/4 or USB or MIPI

·         Memory Interfaces: DDR or HBM I/O

·         RTL Quality: Linting, CDC, LEC

·         Tools: Spyglass or Jasper, Synopsys DC

·         Technical Documentation: uArchitecture Specification, SoC Integration Specification

·         Good exposure to Scripting skills like Perl or Python or Shell or TCL.
