Senior Ruby Backend Developer HYBRID - Noida IndiaStrong proficiency in Ruby (language fundamentals, idioms, metaprogramming)Deep understanding of OOP, mixins, blocks, procs, and lambdas

Familiarity with memory management, GC tuning, and performance profilingexperience with frameworks like Ruby on Rails,Grape ActiveRecord, ActiveJob, ActionCable, ActiveModel validations, Engines, initializers, routing, and lifecycle callbacks

Comfortable deploying and optimizing Passenger, ThinDeeper understanding of Thread vs. process models, Connection handling, worker tuning, memory profilingPostgreSQL and advanced usage of ActiveRecordExperience optimizing N+1 queries, indexes, and query plans

Proficient with Bundler, Rake, RubygemsGem building and custom gem publishing

Knowledge of RVM, rbenv, chruby
