Do: This isnt a fluff writing role. Its high-performance, product-aligned SaaS storytelling built to attract, educate, and convert decision-makers in HR, PeopleOps, and CHRO orgs. Youll be responsible for creating content that doesnt just rank it moves prospects through the funnel and drives pipeline velocity.
Plan and write SEO-driven, funnel-aligned content: blog posts, landing pages, guides, and thought leadership assets
Create content that speaks to every stage of the buyer journey: TOFU, MOFU, and BOFUCraft clear, compelling narratives across product use cases, comparisons, solutions, and integrations
Write with intent and structure for both traditional SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) - LLMs, SGE, AI OverviewsCollaborate with the SEO team to identify high-opportunity keywords, optimize for search intent, and drive measurable results
Integrate insights from Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, and heatmaps to prioritize content creation and iteration
Use behavioral data to optimize for scroll depth, click-through rates, and conversion points
Translate complex SaaS product capabilities into compelling customer-facing narratives that resonate with decision-makers
Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to build content that supports acquisition, onboarding, education, and retention
Align content with key value props, positioning statements, ICP pain points, and solution differentiation
Build and maintain topic clusters and content architecture that supports SEO, demand-gen, and internal linking strategy
Roll up your sleeves to support multi-channel distribution: email, social, sales enablement, and co-marketing initiatives
Test new formats and storytelling approaches including video scripts, infographics, and carousel content
What Were Looking For: 2+ years of experience writing for B2B SaaS, ideally in HRTech, PeopleOps, or MarTech domainsA track record of creating SEO-driven content that ranks, generates pipeline, and influences buying decisions
Deep understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals: keyword targeting, SERP analysis, content hierarchy
Search intent mapping across the full SaaS funnel from awareness to conversionAEO (Answer Engine Optimization): writing for featured snippets, AI Overviews, and LLMsSaaS product marketing principles: problem-solution framing, differentiation, value narrative
Fluency in writing for enterprise decision-makers: CHROs, HR Directors, PeopleOps leads
Proven ability to translate product capabilities into customer value through educational and comparison-based content
Experience with product-led content formats: use cases, solution pages, integrations, competitor comparisons
Comfortable using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalent to identify content gaps, growth opportunities, and performance winsA sharp editorial eye and a knack for writing in clear, structured, and LLM-readable formats (FAQs, definitions, bullet summaries)Analytical mindset comfortable tracking metrics, running experiments, and iterating content based on results
