We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4 HANA Pre-Sales Solution Architect with around 18+ years of experience in SAP domain to join our pre-sales team. In this role, the candidate will act as a key solution expert during the pre-sales phase, working closely with prospective clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to design and present innovative SAP S/4 HANA solutions tailored to customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of S/4 HANA, enterprise architecture, and cross functional solutions, combined with a strong ability to communicate complex solutions to business and IT decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:At least 18+ years of experience in SAP domain with a deep focus on SAP S/4 HANA solutions. Proven experience in SAP Pre-sales, solution architecture, and client engagement for large-scale SAP programs. Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4 HANA modules and architecture, including implementation, migration, and optimization.
Strong background in SAP business processes across various industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance, etc.)Lead technical discussions and presentations with prospects to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP S/4 HANA solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling solution proposals and value propositions for clients. Design and architect scalable, flexible, and future-proof S/4 HANA solutions and should be able to develop the content/ technical proposal accordingly.
Drive the S/4 HANA solution roadmap for customers, guiding them on the best practices for implementing and optimizing SAP solutions. Provide thought leadership and insights on emerging trends in SAP S/4 HANA and digital transformation. Lead workshops and demos for the clients and internal stakeholders to showcase S/4 HANA capabilities.
Work closely with the delivery and technical teams to ensure seamless handover of the solution design for the implementation. Prepare high-quality technical documentation, including RFP/ RFI responses, solution architecture diagrams, and presentations. Experience with SAP Activate methodology for S/4 HANA implementation and familiarity with S/4 HANA Implementation/ Migration tools will be a plus.
Stay up to date with the latest SAP innovations, tools, and industry trends to continuously enhance the solution design process. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from business leaders to technical teams.
