The Curiouscity Discovery Centre offers an exciting space for children and adults with a range of fun and educational activities. Visitors can explore mind-bending illusions and escape rooms, meet turtles and guinea pigs in the Animal Park, conduct experiments in Science Labs, and learn through play in the Kids Zone. The center combines enjoyment with learning, making it a perfect family outing destination.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Science Educator located in Bengaluru. The Science Educator will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging science knowledge, guiding students/visitors through hands-on experiments, and facilitating interactive learning experiences.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Assist in design, development and maintenance of science workshops, exhibits, posters etc.

2. Guide weekend visitors at the centre, help conduct school workshops, summer camps and other events.

3. Five working days of which one will be Saturday or Sunday.

4. Must be physically present at the centre at Sarjapur Road from 9 am to 6 pm on working days.

5.Remuneration starts from 20,000 per month or higher based on relevant work experience and educational qualifications. Performance-based bonuses are also offered.

DESIRED PROFILE

1. Have an interest in science and / or education. A graduate degree in science (any subject) or ability to build science projects are desirable.

2. Good communication skills in English (Kannada would be a huge bonus)

3. Enjoy both teaching, learning and working with children.

4. Be enthusiastic, energetic and committed

5.Willing to commute / relocate to Sarjapur Road , Bengaluru- 562125, Karnataka.
