Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Developing high-level solution architectures and working with our offshore teamof big-data engineers and decision science analysts to build, test and assessmodels that predict and optimize business outcomes based on clients successcriteria.
• Developing code and model building as per project requirements
• Develop sophisticated yet simple interpretations and communicate insights toclients that lead to quantifiable business impact.
• Building deep relationships with clients by understanding their stated but moreimportantly, latent needs.
• Mentoring Junior Machine Learning engineers
• Working closely with the offshore delivery managers to ensure a seamlesscommunication and delivery cadence.
• Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, targetidentification and classificationSkills Required:Apart from being Driven, Energetic and Ambitious, youll need the following:
• Hands-on experience with statistical tools and techniques
• Great analytical skills, with expertise in analytical toolkits such as LogisticRegression, Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis, Multivariate Regression, Statisticalmodelling, predictive analysis.
• Should have worked on GenAI projects in the past
• Hands on experience with Python, Pyspark and SQL development
• Hands on experience of NLP related use cases
• Hands on experience of LLMs
• Experience productionising machine learning models, and managing anddesigning end to end ML systems, and data pipelines
• Hands on experience with cloud computing services like AWS (Sagemakerexperience is a plus)
• Ability to think creatively and work well both as part of a team and as anindividual contributor
• Critical eye for the quality of data and strong desire to get it right.
• A pleasantly forceful personality and charismatic communication style.
• Strong communication skills
