Senior Project Manager - Electrical - Benin Rural Electrification ProjectLocation - Benin - Cotonou, West AfricaRoles & Responsibilities : Project Management:Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely project delivery. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and international best practices. Business Development : Explore and create business opportunities.

Identification of the right partner for JV wherever needed. Ensuring timely submission of technical & financial bids. Ensuring bid-to-win ratio as per internal plan.

Team Management:Mentor junior project managers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture. Stakeholder Communication:Establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials, contractors, and local communities. Desired Candidate Requirements:Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical EngineeringExperience: Minimum 20+ years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, specifically in rural electrification or power distribution.

Overseas experience is preferable. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including power systems, and distribution networks.Travel/Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Benin and travel to any location for site visit and coordination.
