Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager - +5 years of experience - Full remote - Contractor in USD

For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Senior Scrum Master with Project management experience. We are looking for a motivated contractor. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and responsibilities:Project Management;Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;Assist the team in understanding and implementing agile principles and practices;Identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the teams progress;Monitor the teams progress and ensure alignment with project goals;Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards to track and visualize team performance, sprint progress, and project metrics;Profile:Bachelor or Master degree;Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience;+5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.): Ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery;Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage;Experience in leading and guiding small to medium-sized development teams;Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution;Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment;Fluent in English;
