About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to develop and maintain high-quality product documentation for our embedded systems solutions . You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and engineering teams to create clear, structured, and user-friendly content that enables customers to effectively use our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain online documentation using AuthorIT (CCMS) .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and create structured, reusable content.
• Create, review, and update user guides, release notes, help documentation, and technical specifications .
• Ensure documentation consistency, accuracy, and adherence to company standards and style guides.
• Translate complex embedded systems concepts into clear, concise, and accessible content.
• Participate in documentation planning, content audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing for embedded systems or related technology domains.
• Proven experience with CCMS-based documentation tools , preferably AuthorIT .
• Strong understanding of embedded systems concepts, hardware/software integration, and related terminology .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
