Experience: Minimum 7 Years

Qualification: B.Tech in ECE (Electronics & Communication Engineering), preferably with an MBA

Certifications Preferred: CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant network/telecom certifications

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Manager to lead our Netcare Operations All India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FTTH (Fiber to the Home) technology, telecommunications, and customer support, along with proven team management and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technical engineers and support staff.
• Ensure efficient operations of FTTH networks and customer support systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Supervise field operations, maintenance, and fault resolution.
• Maintain high standards of network performance and customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and service quality.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of FTTH, networking, and telecom infrastructure
• Expertise in technical troubleshooting and customer support
• Hands-on experience in network configuration and diagnostics
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Strong leadership, planning, and team management abilities

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) preferably with MBA
• CCNA, CCNP, or similar network-related certifications (preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience
• Proficiency in Languages: Malayalam,Hindi,Kannada,Telugu & other Indian Languages
