Tele Caller Executive
Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our consulting services.
- Follow up on leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Generate new leads through cold calling.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Fluency in English is must.
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines to deliver an effective sales pitch.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry.
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers. Organizational and time management skills.
