Tele Caller Executive

Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our consulting services.
    • Follow up on leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
    • Generate new leads through cold calling.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
    • Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

      Qualifications & Skills:

      • High school Diploma or equivalent.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Fluency in English is must.
      • Ability to follow scripts and guidelines to deliver an effective sales pitch.
      • Basic computer knowledge for data entry.
      • Ability to build rapport with potential customers. Organizational and time management skills.
