**Job Title:** Senior Manager

 

As a Senior Manager, you will lead and execute the digital transformation roadmap to solve business problems/opportunities for key customers in the Finance & Accounting domain, specifically in Operations To Consumer. You will leverage methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering, and combine technology solutions like Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.

The role involves delivering digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects with cross-functional global leads, including the digital delivery team, and client leadership. You will provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with program and strategic objectives.

You will have opportunities to lead initiatives, exposing you to senior stakeholders - internal and external. Responsibilities include continuous improvement, delivery on committed productivity, productivity improvement in account, Bad Bench reduction, championing standard Global Processes, operational excellence, automation, best practices, efficiency, and standardization.

You will design, implement, test, and complete In-Scope Continuous Improvement Projects, engage and leverage lean six sigma practices and processes, support operations to meet key transformation objectives of clients, and deliver required business value, productivity.

Key qualifications include Certified Black Belt experience, driving RPA programs, deploying RPA across platforms, extensive experience in the F&A domain, and leading transformation across all sub-processes like Manual Journals, Fixed Asset, Reconciliation etc. Preferred qualifications include PMO Experience, Client facing consulting experience, F&A Domain – PTP, Project Management skills – Strong Influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management are required.
