We are seeking an Accounts & Finance Lead to head our finance function and drive financial discipline across the organization. This role will directly report to the Promoter and oversee accounting, compliance, financial planning, fundraising, and strategic initiatives such as IPO preparedness and credit rating management. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, business acumen, and a proactive approach to ensure financial health and sustainable growth of the company.
About the RoleThis role will directly report to the Promoter and oversee accounting, compliance, financial planning, fundraising, and strategic initiatives such as IPO preparedness and credit rating management. ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Reporting Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Ensure timely closing of books and reconciliation of accounts. Finance, Fundraising & Treasury Management Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund flow to ensure liquidity. Lead fundraising initiatives including debt, equity, and structured financing.
Liaise with banks, rating agencies, and financial institutions for credit rating, loan facilities, and investor relations. Support IPO readiness through process alignment, financial disclosures, and compliance with regulatory frameworks. Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and other applicable regulations.
Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for timely audits. Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory and legal purposes. Budgeting, Cost Control & ERP Implementation Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Monitor production costs and implement measures for cost optimisation. Drive ERP implementation, automation, and digital transformation of finance processes. Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor the finance team to build efficiency and capability.
Partner with senior management and the promoter to drive financial strategy and support decision-making. Ensure timely and accurate financial insights for business planning. QualificationsChartered Accountant (CA)8-12 years of progressive experience in accounts & finance, preferably in the manufacturing/industrial sector.
Proven experience in fundraising (equity/debt), managing credit rating processes, and IPO preparation. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, compliance, and financial regulations. Hands-on experience in ERP implementation and financial system automation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive business growth. Required SkillsStrong technical expertise in finance and accounting.
Proactive approach to financial management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred SkillsExperience in the manufacturing/industrial sector.
