About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled WebMethods Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using the WebMethods platform. The ideal candidate must have hands-on development experience (not admin/support) and a solid understanding of integration concepts, API management, and enterprise data flow. This role involves collaborating with architects, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using WebMethods (version 10.x+).
• Work on Integration Server, API Gateway, and Managed File Transfer (MFT).
• Develop, optimize, and maintain interfaces for seamless data exchange across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with Architects and Business Analysts to understand work items, CRs, and technical requirements.
• Provide accurate estimation for Change Requests and work packets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues raised by development teams.
• Ensure best practices, coding standards, and performance benchmarks are followed.
• Work in an agile, collaborative environment to deliver high-quality integration solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a WebMethods Developer (development focus—NOT admin/support).
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• WebMethods Integration Server (IS)
• API Gateway
• Managed File Transfer (MFT) / Active Transfer
• Experience working on WebMethods version 10.x or above.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and enterprise application integration (EAI).
• Ability to analyze, estimate, and execute CRs and work packets.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
