Were Hiring: Senior Solution Consultant - Xactly Location: Noida (Sector 135) | WFH Model Experience: 2-6 years Type: Full-Time Role OverviewWe are looking for experienced Xactly Solution Consultants who are passionate about building high-impact incentive compensation solutions. In this client-facing role, you will lead full-cycle implementations of Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics, collaborate directly with client stakeholders, and mentor junior team members. Key ResponsibilitiesLead discovery sessions to define business & technical requirements.

Configure Xactly Incent, Connect & Analytics based on client needs. Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy. Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.

Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support. Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training. ✅ What

Were Looking For4-6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics. Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design. Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Proficiency in SQL; ETL/data transformation knowledge is a bonus. Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. Why Join
