Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Management & Reconciliation

o Regularly reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy of accounts payable.

o Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or vendor issues promptly.

o Process vendor invoices efficiently and maintain detailed records.

2. Invoicing & Accounts Receivable

o Prepare and issue corresponding sales invoices to customers.

o Track outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment follow-ups.

o Maintain accurate customer records, reconcile balances, and address payment inquiries.

3. Software Transition Support

o Assist in migrating financial data from our current system to the new cloud-based platform.

o Verify data integrity and consistency throughout the transition.

o Coordinate with the finance team to refine accounting workflows and recommend improvements.

4. Accounting & Financial Reporting

o Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.

o Generate and analyse financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

o Provide ad hoc support to senior finance team members as needed.

5. Continuous Improvement

o Identify opportunities to optimize accounting processes and internal controls.

o Stay current on industry best practices and emerging accounting technologies.

o Help train and guide colleagues as everyone adapts to new systems and processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
