Were looking for a proactive and experienced Account Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations, lead client communication, manage internal teams, and drive growth — both for clients and the agency.CTC - 3 to 5 LPAWhat Youll DoClient & Account ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients across multiple accounts

Oversee the execution of ongoing campaigns and ensure timely delivery

Build and maintain strong client relationships with a consultative approach

Regularly review campaign performance, provide insights, and align on next steps

Content, Copy & StrategyGuide content and copywriting efforts across platforms

Review and refine copy for digital channels (social, website, ads, emails)Collaborate with creative teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice

Contribute to content strategy and calendar planningSEO & SEM OversightCoordinate with internal teams on SEO strategies and keyword planning

Understand performance metrics and advise on Google Ads and Meta Ad strategies

Help identify content gaps, landing page improvements, and CRO opportunities

Team & Project ManagementManage internal teams (design, content, performance) to ensure smooth workflows

Track progress, assign tasks, and maintain accountability across deliverables

Solve roadblocks, manage timelines, and optimize agency operations

New brand partnerships

Support the leadership team in pitching new clients and creating proposals

Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities with existing clients

Contribute to strategic growth plans and agency visibility efforts

What Were Looking For2-5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment

Strong foundation in copywriting, content writing, SEO, SEM, and client servicing

Proven ability to manage teams and lead multi-functional projects

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable multitasking

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability

Understanding of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Asana/ClickUp, and Meta Business Suite
