Mandatory Criteria (Must-Haves):

• Work Type: Prior experience working from the vendor side is mandatory.
• Project Travel: Must be comfortable with travel as per project requirements.
• Availability: Immediate to 15 days notice period only.
• Project Type Experience: Should have handled procurement for interior fit-outs in Retail, Hospitality, and Commercial projects across India.

Role Overview:

We are hiring an AGM - Procurement to lead procurement operations for commercial interior projects. This role will manage vendor relationships, material sourcing, and cost optimization across retail, hospitality, and commercial fit-outs PAN India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cost-effective procurement and material management strategies.
• Review BOQs, POs, vendor bills, and contracts for fit-out projects.
• Handle purchasing of all interior materials: wood, tiles, paint, ceilings, electricals, MEP, hardware, etc.
• Benchmark costs and build pricing models for PAN India procurement.
• Coordinate with project, design, and finance teams to ensure procurement efficiency.
• Lead vendor/contractor onboarding and management across India.
• Establish procurement SOPs and drive policy improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery and alignment with project deadlines and budgets.
• Maintain and report on procurement-related financial data and trends.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years in procurement (Interior fit-outs).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, vendor management, cost control, and decision-making.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work under tight timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,100,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
