Our platform leverages cutting-edge large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to build smart, safe, and supportive tools for clinicians and patients in mental health. Were growing our core team and are looking for an AI & LLM Engineer to help shape and scale our backend intelligence. What Youll Do Build and optimize RAG pipelines for our psychiatry-focused AI platform Fine-tune and deploy LLMs for clinical, conversational, and cognitive tasks Integrate AI components into a cloud-based, React frontend and Python backend stack Collaborate with a small, high-performing team of engineers, clinicians, and product leads Help define AI ethics and safety guardrails in a mental health context Our Tech Stack Languages: Python (FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript (React) Infra: AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3), Postgres, Docker AI/ML: OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, vector DBs (e.g. Pinecone, FAISS) You Might Be a Fit If You Have: Experience building or deploying LLM applications in production (ideally with RAG) Strong background in Python and machine learning frameworks Familiarity with cloud-native development, ideally on AWS Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search Interest in healthcare, cognitive science, or mental health is a big plus The Offer Remote-first : Work from anywhere Part-time : 3-4 days per week (flexible) Salary : Negotiable, based on experience and contribution level Be part of a founding team shaping something with real social impact Apply Now Send your CV and a short note about why this mission resonates with you to (***@ai-registrar.com) or apply via LinkedIn.
