About the role:

The Growth and Business team at Apna owns user and revenue growth metrics across all business lines candidates and employers. The team has played a key role in Apnas growth journey to become a clear market leader in the space within 18 months of product launch overtaking multiple incumbent players. This has been achieved by managing multiple short and long term levers, such as marketing, sales, search engine or appstore optimization, product changes and partnerships and tactically thinking through resource and capital allocation, cost-upside trade-offs and realization timelines across multiple initiatives. We are adding new members to the team to augment our existing capabilities and help chart Apnas next phase of rapid business growth & product development.

Requirements

About the role

• We are looking for someone who can own Primary and Secondary Customer Research and contribute meaningfully to the Product Roadmap based on these inputs
• This role would require you to be Customer Insights arm for the Product as well as the broader Growth Team, you should be able to share data from all kinds of technical/non-technical platforms as needed across the org.
• You should also be able to share this data in form of reports that are consumable by both technical and non technical audience
• Craft the success metrics and key milestones for the key products owned by the team. On a regular basis, track key product funnels and success metrics and identify continuous areas of improvement
• You will be working with a team of folks across Product, Design, Engineering and Business

• Education: - Bachelors in any technical discipline from tier 1 institution
• Work experience: 1-3 years of experience in Product Management/Technology/Business Analyst/Data Analyst roles
• You are a bar raiser when it comes to user experience, products, aspirations and vision for the product and the team

Required Skills

• Analytical skills - Top notch excel skills and presentation skills are a must
• Prior experience or inclination to pick-up SQL and data visualization tools like Mixpanel is a bonus
• Strong communication and project management skills
