LOCATION Hyderabad DEPARTMENT Training - AEC Sastra EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time APPLICATIONS RECEIVED 5 Job Description: BIM Architectural Faculty We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable BIM Architect Faculty member to join our e-learning team, specializing in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. The ideal candidate will develop and deliver BIM courses focused on architectural applications, create engaging learning materials, and support students in mastering BIM skills for architectural design, documentation, and project coordination. In addition to teaching, this role will also involve working on industry projects for external companies, providing BIM management, BIM auditing, and content development services (e.g., creating custom Revit families, architectural templates, and parametric design elements). Key Responsibilities: Industry Projects & Services

• Work on BIM projects for other companies, including BIM management, BIM auditing, and content development.
• Develop custom Revit families, templates, and models for industry clients.
• Provide consultation and support to other organizations on BIM implementation and best practices.

Training Activities

• Design and develop comprehensive online courses in BIM with a focus on architecture applications in the AEC industry.
• Create and update course materials, including video lectures, reading materials, assignments, projects, and interactive modules.
• Ensure course content is accurate, current, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Deliver engaging and effective instruction through various online platforms, including live webinars, recorded lectures, and discussion forums.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments and projects.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
• Assist students with academic inquiries and provide guidance on course-related topics.
• Monitor student progress and offer additional support to ensure successful course completion and comprehension.
• Facilitate online discussions and group activities to enhance learning outcomes.
• Work closely with team to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of online courses.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and professional development activities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in BIM and civil engineering, as well as e-learning methodologies.
• Conduct research to enhance course content and develop new teaching strategies.
• Learn and explore new software tools and plugins to enhance student learning

Requirements: Education

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an e-learning environment.
• Professional experience in BIM within the architecture sector of the AEC industry is highly desirable.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of BIM principles, tools, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Dynamo).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with e-learning platforms and tools (e.g., Moodle).
• Ability to create engaging and interactive online learning materials.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
