Job Description

Responsible for key initiatives/ software evaluation.

  • New solution / workflow identification & validation in accordance to ISO 19650
  • Parametric Library/ family creation.
  • Attend / represent BIM forums and synergize latest technology adoption.
  • Plan & handle internal training sessions on BIM Software tools
  • Support to implement BIM at site.
  • Develop and implement Project BIM Strategy and BIM execution document which shall record key information on how BIM will be implemented and used on a project.
  • Conduct periodical coordination review meetings and ensuring compliance with BIM Manual
  • Ensuring the design coordination / clash detection are smoothly integrated in the project.
  • Ensuring that the BIM deliverables specified in the contract are provided in conformance with the formats specified.
  • Working experience on Common data Environment (like BIM360) is added advantage.
  • Take a leading role in planning, setup, auditing and maintaining BIM models.
