What were looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in a technical or analytical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or similar from a Tier-1 institution (IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent).
- Strong interest in analytics, customer success, or consulting, with any prior internship or academic project experience in related areas being a plus.
- Comfortable working with data and solving unstructured problems; ability to approach problems with a logical and analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, or similar for data analysis; exposure to GenAI tools is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey insights clearly to team members.
- Interest or prior exposure to AI/ML-based platforms will be considered an added advantage.
- Collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, real-world tech environment focused on delivering value to customers.
