Position : Career Counselor

Location : Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities :

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Reach out to leads generated through various channels (website inquiries, social media, etc.). Course Promotion: Explain our interior design programs, curriculum, faculty, and career prospects.

Lead Conversion: Nurture leads, address queries, and encourage enrollment.

Maintain Records: Keep detailed call records and progress reports. Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with interested candidates.

Collaboration: Coordinate with our admissions team to ensure a seamless enrollment process.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum 12th grade or higher education.

Communication Skills: Fluent in the English, Kannada and Hindi language (spoken and written).

Enthsm: Passionate about interior design and education.

Empathy: Ability to understand student needs and provide personalized guidance
