Catalogue Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Catalogue Executive to manage product listings on our Shopify store. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in e-commerce product management and a good understanding of Shopifys backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage product listings on Shopify with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Ensure all product details, including SKUs, tags, categories, and variants, are correctly entered.
• Optimize product descriptions and images to improve visibility and sales.
• Update inventory, pricing, and stock availability regularly.
• Maintain and organize product collections for easy navigation.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure SEO-friendly product descriptions.
• Troubleshoot any catalog-related issues and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in bulk product uploads and handle CSV file imports when required.
• Keep track of new product arrivals and ensure timely listing.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in e-commerce product listing, preferably on Shopify.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for e-commerce.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva or Photoshop for basic image editing is a plus.
• Ability to handle bulk product uploads via CSV.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing catalogues for home, fashion, or lifestyle products.
• Understanding of Shopify apps and integrations.
• Knowledge of competitor analysis and pricing strategies.
