Designation : Chat Process Executive

Graduation : Both Graduates / UndergraduatesExperience : Minimum 6 months in Email / Chat .Language : Good in English Comprehension .

Weekoff : 1 Rotational week off

Shift : Rotational

Salary : 20k -25k

Location : Hebbal , Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Handle chat-based customer service processes efficiently.

2) Engage with customers through chat to address their queries and concerns.

3) Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

4) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

5) Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
