The Contracts Representative II (CRII) role is integral to the success of the Contract Data Management (CDM) team. The CRII is responsible for managing the Contract Data Management teams critical data elements through our contract lifecycle management tool and data reporting tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support identification, creation, and certification of Contract Master CDEs across all Honeywell SBGs;
  • Annotate contract data and clauses in existing contracts;
  • Analyze data discrepancies using Excel, Collibra, and Tableau;
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers; and
  • Support Contracts CoE councils, initiatives, and projects as required.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors degree in business management or other related field
  • At least two (2) years of experience in contract administration, program/project management, or other related field

  • Experience in enterprise data management, including projects involving master data, Critical data elements, data analytics, and contract lifecycle management systems
  • Superior communications skills (both oral and written)
  • Integrity and strong focus on compliance with internal standards and policies
  • Sound business judgment, strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects and coordinate multiple tasks within time constraints
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and deal tactfully and confidentially with internal and external customers in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contract data analytics & reporting
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt certification preferred
  • MS Office literacy
  • Proficiency in Tableau
  • MBA or other related graduate degree
