Customer Support Executive (CSE)

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, emails, and chat support.
  • Understand customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Coordinate directly with clients to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Be comfortable communicating over phone calls with clients and resolving concerns in real time.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve complex queries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
