Position: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)Job Type: Full-timeLocation: HyderabadExperience: 1-2.2 yearsShift: Night Shift &1 way cab will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests via phone calls in an international environment.
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while assisting customers.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions accurately in the system.
  • Follow company policies and guidelines to ensure high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in an international voice process is an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and customer needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
