As a Data Analyst in our Connected Mobility Solutions (CMS) division, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive our business forward. Through leading interdisciplinary teams, you will use your creativity and diverse analytics/programming experience to design, implement and successfully scale data applications to teams across the world.

Our Team

As part of the Data Engineering & Analytics (DE&A) team, youll collaborate with a diverse global team focused on maximizing the value of our data assets. Our team is committed to supporting high-profile projects and providing direct data visibility to executive leadership. Youll work alongside experts from multiple disciplines, helping to steer the strategic direction of Connected Mobility Solutions (CMS) with your analytical expertise.

What You Will Do

• Develop compelling dashboards and visualizations that empower business leaders to make data-driven decisions
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, uncover insights, and drive business outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions
• Enhance and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality and accessibility
• Champion a culture of analytics by sharing findings and best practices across the organization
• Develop and maintain documentation for data sources, logic, and reporting processes to support transparency and scalability
• Contribute to the evolution of our analytics strategy by evaluating new tools, methodologies, and frameworks

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline)
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
• Proficient in PowerBI, SQL, Snowflake, and Python
• Demonstrated experience in data cleaning, transformation, and visualization
• Hands-on experience with data modeling techniques and best practices
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to work effectively in Agile, cross-functional, and globally distributed teams
• Flexibility to work evenings 1-2 days per week as needed to align with global team

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience with SAP ECC, Salesforce, or AWS data tools/environments
• Familiarity with additional BI or data visualization platforms
• Understanding of statistical analysis for machine learning
• Track record of supporting advanced analytics or machine learning projects
